Rules, Regulations, Installation, Maintenance and Removal Tabletops
- Animals
Animals are not permitted in the exhibition hall.
- Merchandise
Merchandise exhibited by the exhibitor should be related to the theme of the expo and must be approved prior to Expo opening.
- Badges
An official badge must be worn by all exhibitor staff members in the exhibition hall at all times. Two badges will be supplied free of charge any additional badges will be charged at Fls. 15.00 each.
- Damage
Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused, either by themselves or by third parties commissioned by themselves, to walls, floors, pillars, booth walls/frames and other installations in the exhibition hall during move –in, operation and dismantling of their booths and tabletops. Should defects or damages be noticed in their booth and tabletop (floor, walls, partitions, connecting boxes, etc.) upon arrival for the move-in, the exhibitor must inform “Curacao Wedding N.V.”. Otherwise, any damages noticed after the move-out will be invoiced to the exhibitor.
- Delivery and unloading of goods.
As soon as loading or unloading operations have been completed, vehicles are required to leave the exhibition hall and loading docks.
Violator’s vehicles will be towed away at owner’s expense.
- Dismantling of Booths, tabletops and removal of goods.
Exhibitors are not permitted to dismantle their exhibits prior to official closing time of the show Only items which can be removed by hand may be removed immediately after the show has ended (i.e. at 10.00 pmSunday June 24th 2007) . All other items must be dismantled and/or removed on Monday June 25th 2007 between 8.00 am and 12 pm.
- Electrical outlets.
Electrical outlets will be provided upon request. Exhibitors are strictly forbidden to install their own connections or to tamper with outlets provided.
- Emergency Exits
Emergency exits must be kept absolutely clear at all times. Vehicles are not to be parked in front of the emergency exits for any reason whatsoever.
Entry and removal of goods/traffic within the building.
- Unless otherwise stated, exhibitors’ goods must enter or leave the exhibition hall by the door nearest to their respective booths and tabletops. Drivers are expressly requested to follow the routes indicated by security personnel and to comply with their instructions.
- Entry to exhibition hall.
Entry to and exit from the exhibition hall during the show will be possible only through the main entrance and all the persons entering and leaving must have an entry ticket or wear a badge issued by Curacao Wedding NV Access to the premises will be available to exhibitor’s staff members as follows:
- Exhibitor’s staff members or their representatives must be present during expo hours.
- Fire Extinguishers
Although fire extinguishers are provided in the exhibition hall, exhibitors are encouraged to provide additional extinguishers, sand buckets, etc.
- Gas cylinders
The use of propane or bottled gas within the exhibition hall is prohibited.
- Header board/Company sign
Each booth will be provided with a header board or company sign
- Installation Restrictions
Workmen wishing to continue with installation of exhibition booths and tabletops beyond 6 pm on Thursday June 20th may do so, but they will not be permitted to leave the exhibition hall with any tools whatsoever until after 8.00 am the next day. The security staff is not allowed any discretion in this matter and no exceptions will be made to this rule.
- Sampling
Sampling is not permitted without prior written authorization from Curacao Wedding NV
- Security
All persons must leave the premises within half an hour of the scheduled end of each day and the doors will be locked until half an hour before scheduled beginning of each day, when staff will be allowed entry. Curacao Wedding NV will provide 24 hour security continuously from June 20th 2007 at 6 pm to June 24th 10 pm, but cannot be held responsible for the disappearance or theft of items missing from exhibition areas. Additional security personnel may be obtained from our security service only for the exclusive security of any specified exhibition area, with the permission of Curacao Wedding N.V.
- Tabletop provisions
Exhibitors who have signed on for the exhibition by paying for the booth or tabletop are entitled to:
- 1 table with cover and skirting
- 1 chair
- 1 electrical outlet upon request
- Surface areas
Decorations, signs, banners, etc. may not be taped, nailed, tacked, stapled or otherwise attached to walls, ceiling, doors or any surface of the exhibition hall itself. No holes may be drilled nor punched in the building’s walls or floors. Exhibitors must ensure that exposed surfaces do not detract from the overall standard of their, nor their neighbors’ space.
- Theft Risks
Although the premises are under surveillance, exhibitors should limit the possibility of theft by removing from their tabletops any valuable objects or small articles which may be misappropriated at closing time. Curacao Wedding N.V. will not accept any responsibility for theft which may occur during move in, the exhibition, or removal period.
- Tools
It is advisable for the exhibitors to bring along their own tools and any other material they may require. Ladders and hooks are not permitted in the exhibition hall.
- Completion Tabletops
All tabletops must be completed Friday June 21st at 12.00 pm. Failure to do so will result in the booth being removed prior to the opening of the exhibition at the exhibitor’s cost. No refund will be given at such an event
